TERMS AND CONDITIONS BLACK DAYS ATENEA
The "Black Days" promotion will be valid from Thursday, November 23rd to Sunday, November 26th, 2023, or while supplies last at https://www.ateneaprofesional.com/blackfridays and in physical stores located in the cities of Medellín, Sabaneta, Bogotá, and Barranquilla.
During the promotional period, customers will be able to enjoy discounts ranging from 10% to 50%. Each product will have a specific discount, which will be detailed to the customer upon entering the website or making a purchase in the physical store. There is no general discount for all products. Once a product is sold out, the same discount cannot be applied to another. Discounts apply only to selected ATENEA brand products.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services. They apply only to purchases made by individuals. By participating, customers agree to ATENEA's policies regarding the processing of their personal data.
In physical stores: No exchanges or returns will be accepted during the four-day promotion period. ATENEA is not responsible for purchases made during the promotional event. Exchanges and returns must be processed directly in the physical store, upon presentation of the purchase receipt.
Website Purchases: No exchanges will be accepted for 16 days after the promotion ends. No changes will be made to addresses or information about selected products in the order. Promotional products are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges or returns must be processed through the Customer Service WhatsApp line. The exchange or return process will take 15 business days after receiving the product at the distribution center.
Product returns will be accepted in cases of damage or malfunction, such as the arrival of an eyeshadow palette with a broken shade or damaged palette mirrors. The customer must return the product for an exchange. Purchases made online cannot be exchanged in physical stores.
The response time for dispatching orders placed on the website www.ateneaprofesional.com will be up to 15 business days. Deliveries cannot be made at a specific time and must be sent to a precise and secure address. The customer is responsible for correctly providing their delivery information to the system.
